LOW SEASON January 7th to July 19th, and September 11th to December 22nd

HIGH SEASON July 20th to September 10th, and December 23rd to January 6th

RESERVATIONS

Due to high demand for this property and limited villas, bookings are often difficult to obtain. we require that you forward a telegraphic transfer (TT) or credit card totaling a deposit of 50 % of the Total rent to secure your booking. Please fax a copy of your TT receipt or if paying by credit card, please fax us a photo copy of both sides of your credit card and write down the number, expiration date of your credit card on the top of the copy sheet to help us to see them clearly and also a photocopy of your passport picture page to enable us to complete the transaction a long with the completed "Booking Request Form" to our office +62 361 736 626 as all bookings are on first come first serve basis we recommend that you do this as soon as possible.

Terms of payment: A deposit of 50% is required to guarantee bookings, this deposit is non refundable. The balance due is upon arrival by US Dollars Cash/Credit card : Visa, Master JCB and Diners.

Credit card payments are calculated on the Hotel Book-keeping Rate the day of processing. Differences in personal statement balance can occur and are due to the fluctuation with the Indonesian rupiah and Bank processing time. bvilla+Spa can not be held responsible for these differences.

CANCELLATIONS

The client agrees to notify bvilla+Spa by facsimile (62-361-736626) or written notice of any cancellation.  Cancellations after 14 days prior to check in date will result in loss of Down Payment.

 

NO SHOW

 

In the event of a no show, the client shall be held responsible for payment based on the full length of stay and directly charges from the credit card as the statement letter released.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

All Indonesian Banks Charge 3% for handling credit card transactions. bvilla+Spa is NOT liable for this charge.

If you wish a pick up service on your arrival date, please inform us your exact flight details such as Airlines Name / Flight No / Arrival Time in Bali / Total Person, so easy for us to arrange your transport.
